No book can ever address every possibility. To have value, a book must address a specific need of the reader. With this in mind, I have written this book, not with the aim of making anyone a Project Management Professional (PMP ®), but to help apply some common Project Management concepts. Hopefully, this book will enable other emerging project managers to 'side-step' some of the common pitfalls and political 'landmines' that await them.
The intent of this book is not to be a rehashed version of The Project Management Institute's (PMI ®) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK ®). Many excellent books already address these topics very well. The aim of this book is to provide some assistance and insights for Project Managers who might find themselves overwhelmed by the PMBOK ®, or a new Project Manager who wants some help getting started and getting organized.
The goal of this book is to provide some insights and guidance for those Project Managers who find themselves managing projects in a functional or weak matrix organizational structure; organizational structures in which the Project Manager has little if any official authority or power. Typically, these will be organizations that have gained a nebulous realization of the benefits of Project Management; but have not fully committed to converting to a strong matrix or project-based organizational structure.
This book takes the readers beyond the theoretical aspects of Project Management and introduces them to some practical applications of the trade. While much of the focus of this book will be on the Information Technology industry; the tips, tools, and techniques introduced here can apply to any project in any industry and will support revenue projects as well as development projects.
Learn Excel with the Quality Scorecard
There are a lot of books about learning Microsoft ® Excel. This is yet another such book... though one with a bit of a twist. The process of this book will start with a blank worksheet and develop it into a sophisticated Project Management tool called the ''Quality Scorecard''.
Do not be alarmed if you are not a Project Manager, the Scorecard can be used in other realms, limited only by your imagination. At the very least, this exercise will illustrate the capabilities of Excel and teach some valuable techniques in the process.
The book assumes the reader knows nothing about Excel and progressively elaborates upon each exercise and technique, building knowledge while providing insights into how to make Excel work for you. It will not overpower you with advanced techniques and vague tips that you may never use.
Each subsequent chapter will build on previous work so that by the end of the book, you will have a fully functional (and modifiable) Quality Scorecard and an understanding of how it works.
The concepts learned here will be valuable in any context.
The final chapter will be a discussion of the Concept of ''Quality by Design'', which is the foundation of the Quality Scorecard.
Learn Excel: Executive Summary & Scope
This is the second book in the ''Build-A-Tool'' series of books for learning Microsoft ® Excel while creating fully functional Project Management tools (which, with a little ingenuity, can be applied to other fields of study). The process of this book will start with blank worksheets and develop them into sophisticated Project Management tools called the Executive Summary and Scope documents. There are three bonus tools included in this module: The Cover Sheet, the Charter, and the Cost Baseline. Together, these five documents provide the foundation for the Prospectus package to be presented to executive management for project approval.
Do not be alarmed if you are not a Project Manager, these tools can be used in other realms, limited only by your imagination. At the very least, this exercise will illustrate the capabilities of Excel and teach some valuable techniques in the process. There is no need to learn Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) or macro programming; everything is accomplished with readily available Excel functions.
The book assumes the reader knows little or nothing about Excel and progressively elaborates upon each exercise and technique, building knowledge while providing insights into how to make Excel work for you.
It will not overpower you with advanced techniques and vague tips that you may never use.
Each subsequent chapter will build on previous work so that by the end of the book, you will have a fully functional (and modifiable) Cover Sheet, Executive Summary, Scope, Charter, and Cost Baseline and an understanding of how they work.
The concepts learned here will be valuable in any context.
The final chapter will be a discussion of how to combine other ''Build-A-Tool'' modules into a ''master'' template.
Agile & Quality by Design
Agile is not new. Many years ago, project leaders began working closely with the user community and engaged them throughout the entire project process.
This ensured that the users were involved in determining what they wanted and how it would be presented. Through this natural course of human involvement, the requirements evolved naturally to meet the needs of the customers, ensuring greater satisfaction with the results. By engaging the user, the development team ensured that they delivered to meet the needs of the user and also gained incremental user ''ownership'' of the product.
The underlying principle was to place the needs of the customer first. Sometimes, this is referred to as Extreme Programming, or XP. This concept places customer satisfaction first by providing the functions and features the customer wants, rather than what the developer wants to deliver. Typically, this provides a rapid response to dynamic customer demands and encompasses Continuous Integration (CI), which involves frequent changes to the code, and subsequently frequent code delivery.
Another important function to consider is code refactoring. This involves integrating small changes to the look and feel of the project continuously, over time. Refactoring is not a bug or defect and should not be treated as such. It is merely an aspect of continuous improvement and evolution, and is ideally suited for an Agile environment.
In 2001, Agile was officially born, though as I have already mentioned, it had actually been in use by many technology departments long before then; it just had not been formalized or named.
The fact that the Quality Assurance (QA) function is typically compartmentalized away from the development function also aggravates quality issues. Too often, there is an invisible ''fence'' between the development and quality teams which inhibits teamwork and often promotes an antagonistic relationship between the two groups.
Isolation of the development and quality teams results in a fragmented effort and sub-standard results. Development rushes to meet a deadline, and quality often has little or no understanding of the user requirements. It is not uncommon for a Quality Assurance team to completely redesign an application after it has been developed and delivered to them for testing.
This is where Quality by Design can be quite effective by requiring that the development teams are responsible for quality and the quality teams are responsible for understanding the user requirements by being fully engaged in the project from the outset rather than at the end.
The wise Project Management leaders will partner with the businesses and take great efforts to ensure the business is being adequately served.
In a time when analysts claim that the failure rate for PMOs is above fifty percent, we see executives hiring PMO leads from other companies, in many cases only to subsequently add their own failed PMO efforts to the statistical cemetery.
Many times in their haste to implement a Project Management Office, the business leaders have a tendency to fail in placing adequate constraints on the PMO management, resulting in the implementation and enforcement of burdensome paperwork requirements.
Typically, any PMO evaluation is based on the standard Project Management Metrics; Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI). As such, a form of Earned Value Management (EVM) is employed as part of the overall performance calculations. These can be called the Project Performance Macro Factors. However, these Micro Factors have every bit as much of an impact on project and PMO performance as the more common Macro Factors.
When the aggregate Macro Factors are combined with the aggregate Micro Factors, patterns can be identified that help provide a forecast of PMO performance, based on historical activity and cultural proclivities.
Therefore, it is incumbent upon the PMO Leader to ensure that ALL levels of the Business are aware of what the PMO is doing and how it is adding value to the Business. The PMO Leader must advertise successes and mitigate failures while continually growing and perfecting its delivery processes.
Witch Hunter Series
Jack Mitchell is an adventurer and occasional bank Vice President who battles evil and Satanism when not dealing with computer problems at work.
With a past tinged by witchcraft and forged in war, he fights satanic evil in his own fashion, often without regard for human laws. His self-appointed mission is to stop the practice of human sacrifices and the spread of Satanism. While many witches may be benign, Jack has discovered that a malignant sect of Witchcraft is bent upon the destruction of humanity as we know it.
Becoming disheartened, he considers resigning from his adventures and pursuing a budding romance with a fellow worker, Denise Coles. However, his life becomes more complicated when he discovers a coven of powerful witches in his own bank. He turns to friends and associates from his past and the Viet Nam network to find allies in his battle against the evil witches.
The powerful young witch, Laurie Nevins, leads the attacks against him and threatens to steal his new-found love as a sacrifice for her covens. The intensity of her attacks grows in proportion to the growth of her powers, forcing Jack to struggle with increasingly violent attacks while trying to preserve his conservative image at work.
One snowy night, Laurie stages a life-ending attack upon Jack, apparently leaving Denise defenseless and vulnerable. Her elation at Jack''s death is short-lived as she learns that the adventurous banker is not an easy kill.
Jack enlists the aid of a friend and takes the battle to Laurie and her three covens as she attempts to sacrifice Denise during a blizzard. As the night wears on and time runs out, Jack battles the three covens and attempts to rescue Denise. The two lovers discover new strength of character as the powerful witch uses her vast repertoire of power and magic to end their lives.
Defiance of Death
After Jack Mitchell and Jim Lyon destroyed her covens and ''killed'' her, Master Witch Laurie Nevins has revived in the body of a fifteen-year old girl, Mary Beth Bonney. Bent on revenge and her ultimate goal of opening the portal between worlds of man and demon, she begins the creation of new covens to do her bidding.
In the process, she forms an unlikely partnership with another Master Witch, Yvette DuBois, who also shares an unpleasant history with Jack Mitchell, known as The Witchhunter.
While training her covens, the young witch discovers that one of her coven members has lycanthropic tendencies; she is a werewolf. Protected and aided by the gigantic beast, the young witch plots her revenge on Jack Mitchell and his wife by kidnapping their daughter for use as a sacrifice to open the portal.
However, Mary Beth discovers some undesirable ''human'' emotions that came with her new body. She develops strong feelings for a young man. These new emotions confuse the witch as she pits her inhuman desires against internal human emotions.
Jack and his wife, Denise team up with the Private Investigator, Jim Lyon and Flame Vasquez again to save his daughter before the witches can sacrifice her and destroy the fabric that separates the worlds of humans and the demonic.
Responding to Jack''s plea for help, Jim and Flame reunite months after their battle against a serial killer in the Wichita storm drains. Most of their experience is with the darker side of humanity and not with the supernatural.
This is the seminal adventure that defines the back stories for Jack Mitchell, John Garmon, and their associates. This is where the Witch Hunter series begins.
Jack and John find they share similar powers and the same witch, Yvette DuBois. Under her tutelage, they learn to master their skills and knowledge. Yvette reveals her plans to become far more powerful than the sanctions of the Witch Council would allow; essentially staging hostile split from the Council.
Learning of Yvette''s plans and her startling break from the Council, one of them decides to forego the use of his powers and abandon her, while the other embraces them and succumbs to the temptations of the lovely green witch.
Their tale focuses on a haunted Super Bee automobile that inexorably draws individuals into its web of mystery and occult. As more people are infected by the taste for the occult, the manifestations become more tangible and aggressively malign.
The events build, touching more people as they progress, ultimately culminating in a showdown that leaves many of the participants devastated, dead, or demoralized.
Tales of the Witch Hunter
Here are four tales taken directly from the PSI Research Associates files.
At the request of his investigators, Jack Mitchell embarks on a series of PSI Research investigations that takes him coast to coast and deep into the Southwest. On these travels, he encounters ghosts, wizards, monsters, aliens, and inter-dimensional beings, some of which are bent upon the destruction of the human race.
In the course of his travels, he travels to Poway, California, where he meets with an angry teen-aged ghost who is bent upon reaping revenge for her untimely death against all who come into her path. Trapped by the powerful spirit, Jack must convince her that he deserves to live.
In Wilmington, Delaware, Jack engages a being from a parallel universe. This creature is bent upon opening a portal that would allow it to fully materialize in our world. Jack also encounters a wizard who offers baffling prophetic information about his future.
Traveling to Sitting Bull Falls, New Mexico, Jack and Denise experience an unpleasant encounter with the mythical Chupacabra. They discover many of the secrets surrounding the mythic creatures as they battle for survival.
Finally, in his home town of Wichita, Kansas, he investigates the 'Mystery lights' and meets with an old acquaintance. Jack is also provided with information for use regarding an important individual in his future.
Chronicles of Mabus
Night of Screams
In the early years of the twenty-first century, a vile evil ascended the throne of the American Republic. He came from obscurity, shrouded in mystery and misdirection. Like the serpent, he promised all things to all people. He always said what people wanted to hear. His open disdain for America, the Constitution, and its governing principles went unnoticed by the mainstream media, which quickly became his Ministry of Propaganda.
This man, Mabus, ascended the American throne, not by rightful election of the populace, but by enormous propaganda efforts and fraudulent voting practices, funded by his foreign masters who counted among their numbers dictators, terrorists, and rabid socialists bent upon the destruction of America. He uses the Cloward Piven strategy to destroy the economy and rewrites the story of America to match his delusional view of the world.
Mike Robinson, an Army veteran, tried to remain neutral; hoping that the legitimate political processes would solve the Mabus problem and restore sanity to America. However, when Mabus ordered the wholesale incarceration of loyal Americans by purple berets and UN soldiers, hopes for neutrality vanished. He finds himself living in a Post-Apocalyptic America, ravaged by political thugs and New World Order bigots.
Escaping from a brutal concentration camp, Mike joins forces with other people of the book trying to restore their country to its erstwhile greatness. With the military in exile, the small band of loyalists wage a relentless war against the domestic enemies of America and its Constitution. The second American revolution gains momentum as they challenge the disastrous policies of the evil dictator bent upon the destruction of America.
Mabus - Nostradamus' Third Anti-Christ
This is the epic second book of the Mabus Chronicles. When political and judicial leadership becomes complacent and the media becomes pawns of the powerful, then there are no controls on a man who would be a dictator.
Mabus is a man who clearly has a deep-rooted hatred for the American people and all things American. Over the course of his ill-gotten Presidency, he perfects and executes his insane plan to depopulate the United States. He manages to shackle the military, forcing hundreds of seasoned military leaders out of service for honoring their oath to the country and Constitution over him.
Using everything at his disposal as 'the most powerful man in the world', Mabus unleashes chemical, biological, and nuclear devastation on the people and country he had taken an oath to defend. Using alien technology, he wages war on the American people.
The story follows the adventures of groups of survivors as they try to survive in a world torn apart by a mad man.
This is as much a Survival guide as it is a rousing Science Fiction adventure story.
A Time of Uncertainty
In worlds being torn apart by the merging process initiated by Mabus, groups of disjointed adventurers struggle to find loved ones and stop Mabus' insane plans for the subjugation of all life on the planets.
Those few survivors of the first Mabus onslaught battle wild animals, exotic alien creatures and the remnants of the human race from Earth as they explore the constantly changing merged worlds of Earth and Laithra. The driving force behind each adventurer is to find their loved ones and ultimately to thwart Mabus in his continued use of Binnean technology to inflict his wrath on all life.
Aware of the threat some of the adventurers pose to his plans, Mabus unleashed his drones, robots, and alien allies to hunt them down and bring them to his justice. Using Binnean science, he has programmed assassins whose sole purpose is to seek out his enemies and destroy them.
While pockets of humanity struggle to survive, Mabus strengthens his strongholds in the effort to remain as World Emperor. As the world collapses, he rebuilds the Capitol into a castle while imposing never-ending taxes and demands on the survivors. His goal is to ensure his power and comfort at the expense of humanity.
The small groups of adventurers must consolidate their forces and work together to overthrow the dictatorship before it takes root too strongly.
Fall of the Immortals
The eight women who excaped Mabus during their epic battle have roamed the joined worlds for a hundred years, trying to locate each other and regroup.
A hundred years after the disastrous assault against Mabus and his minions, the eight females who escaped death or capture at his hands continue to wander the conjoined worlds in an effort to re-group and plan a second attack to rescue their loved ones.
One of the adventuresses and witches team up with a young native girl with a thirst for adventure and freedom from the misogynistic attentions of the men in her village. Her village called her 'Snap' and she learns of the horrors of her frozen world as she joins the Immortals in their quest to reunite.
Being the only mortal in a group that never ages is somewhat daunting for the young woman, but she quickly proves her worth to the mission. As they search for the twin robots, the second witch, Yvette, the billionaire, the werewolf, and the space princess, young Snap grows in experience and wisdom.
Snap learns that many of the myths and legends about Mabus were gross misrepresentations and the one who would be a god is in reality little more than a monster, who was groomed to destroy the old world.
In the course of their adventures, they encounter brigands, mutants, vampire, twenty-first century degenerates.
Until all of the women can reunite, their chances of defeating Mabus and saving their loved ones are impossibly slim. Their hopes for success depend upon the skills of a mortal girl and aid from an unlikely partner.
The Butcher and the Flame
Jim Lyon is a Private Investigator who has a penchant for finding trouble. More often than not, his troubles result from trying to help his friends. In this case, he found more trouble than any man should have to face. He finds himself matching wits with a serial killer called The Butcher.
Initially, Jim was ambivalent about The Butcher, being willing to leave that matter to the police and other detectives, until The Butcher starts killing his friends. That made the killer''s actions personal.
The detective develops a computer program that allows shim to predict when the killer will strike again. The matching of wits takes on a more threatening aspect when the killer realizes he has a nemesis and accepts the challenge.
However, the killer raises the stakes in the game by targeting Jim''s friends. Three of his friends, Meg, Susan, and Flame are attacked by the madman, who has some decidedly supernatural capabilities. They each fight for survival in their own style as The Butcher is bent upon taking Jim''s friends away from him.
In his investigation, the detective is forced to use his wits and weapons to protect his friends and himself from a madman who grows bolder with each murder. While Jim can predict when the madman will strike, he must figure out how he travels through the city without being seen and how he can so easily escape capture.
This story is based on an actual Delphi rewrite of a program I developed to predict activities of BTK and validated by Jack the Ripper and the Boston Strangler.
A Question of Honor
The Viet Nam war touched this nation just as it touched so many of those who served in that conflict. This is a story of one man's journey from innocence to valor through the harsh realities of war. It may mirror events experienced by many Viet Nam veterans.
This story follows a young man''s growth through the war, starting with the innocent ideals of a Midwestern farm boy. The Army and the war worked to change his perceptions for all time.
With growing wartime experience, the youth changes emotionally as he makes difficult life and death decisions and completes intelligence missions under obscure political guidelines. With the passage of his innocence through the war, he is awarded medals and shame.
While many found that conflict to be abhorrent, the veteran served with pride and came home to a country not ready to accept them. Until recently, many Viet Nam veterans were shunned or ignored on Veteran''s day.
The most common question asked of those who returned is: '''Why did you go? You could have refused or gone to Canada.'''
I always respond, '''It was a Question of Honor.''' Most people just shake their heads and walk away.
If they have to ask the question, they cannot understand the answer.
The first edition of Survival was a surprising success. It has sold thousands of copies in America, Europe, and Asia. The original version was intended to be a quick planning guide to start people thinking about the dangers of their world and how to plan for a ''worst case scenario''.
When disaster strikes, there are only three types of people: victims, predators, or survivors. By their very nature the criminal element in our society are poised to assume the predatory role. This implies that the vast majority of the civilized population must make a conscious decision to be a victim or to survive.
Lack of planning and foresight automatically relegates a huge percentage of society to the role of victim. With just a little planning and awareness, individuals can change their potential lot in life from victim to that of a survivor. Again, intent of this book is to help individuals prepare to survive disruptions in our modern society.
The reader will not find all of the answers in this book; perhaps you will find no answers in this book. I hope that this book will point some in the direction of survival. Again, this is not written as the definitive survival manual, much of what you read will be suggestions that may not be applicable for every situation.
With a little luck, no one will ever have to use the advice of this book to survive a disaster. That being said, many experts expect a nuclear device to explode on American soil within the next few years. The concept of this book is based upon total societal collapse, with little or no hope for restoration of life as we know it.
Many people will read this and immediately discard it as 'rubbish' since it is in opposition with their beliefs. Hopefully, others will read it and say, '''Hmmm.'''
Everything in this version is included in Survival II. This version is still being made available only for previous purchasers and due to its immense popularity.
The concepts and ideas contained within are intended for Society Ending Events (SEE) or The End of the World as We Know It (TEOTWAWKI). However, many of the concepts can apply equally to more mundane emergencies.
Many readers asked for more advice and more solutions. I have attempted to provide that without straying too far from the original concept of the Survival book; to be a planning guide rather than a comprehensive, all-encompassing reference.
As I said, much of the book is based on the total destruction of life as we know it. That in itself implies a different set of rules than what we currently live by. That being said, some of the advice I provide is inappropriate and even illegal in our existing society. I do not promote employing these tactics in our current day-to-day life. However, they are critical tools in a true struggle for survival.
In a world gone mad, the current rules will not apply. You must make an active decision to be a Predator, Victim, or Survivor.
You must determine the value and use of this information. The author is in no way responsible for how you use this information, if at all. This is advice, and does not pretend to represent any legal or medical expertise.

The Apocalypse Theorem
There is an Internet ''conspiracy'' legend that a high-ranking member of the Administration developed as her Master''s thesis a plan that called for a ninety-three percent reduction in human population, and that it was incumbent upon the world Governments to execute this population reduction by any means at their disposal.
When this is viewed alongside the Georgia Guidestones, which advocate reducing human population to 500,000,000 and were erected in Elbert County, Georgia in 1980, the ''conspiracy'' suddenly becomes more tangible and sinister.
Along with this legend is the belief that her thesis was immediately seized by world Governments and classified as ''Top Secret'' and all traces of it removed from ANY intellectual repository. That is what piqued my intellectual inquisitiveness. How would one go about writing a document that the Governments of the world deemed so important that it be protected from access by the vast majority of humanity? What could a document contain that was so critical that it would be removed from sight?
If the ''legends'' are true, then the frightening aspect of this is that a very highly placed member of the Administration is a proponent of eliminating billions of people. I will not use specific names or position titles, or even the legendary thesis title. I will let you do your own research and come to your own conclusions.
This essay is an academic exercise and is for entertainment purposes only; it is not based on any special insight or restricted knowledge.
The American Constitution
These may well be the most important 85 pages you will ever read.
This book is written on the simple premise that the men who wrote this document (along with The Declaration of Independence, and the Bill of Rights, which together are the definitive founding documents of our country and the Rule of Law in America) were highly intelligent and experienced Statesmen who had lived under the yoke of tyranny under King George III. The distinction here is that they were Statesmen, not politicians. The words they wrote were well-considered and reviewed in order to ensure they communicated the intent of the founders.
They wrote these documents not obfuscate and confuse, but to share and enlighten.
Using less than 5000 words, the founders created a nation, conceived in liberty and the belief that all men are created equal, that they were endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights.
In a time when our leaders are men and women skilled in confusing and avoiding simple facts, it is prudent to have a simple interpretation of the foundational documents of our nation; The Declaration of Independence, The Constitution, The Bill of Rights, and the Amendments to the Constitution.
I've also included other important, but often misunderstood documents, such as The Gettysburg Address and The Emancipation Proclamation.
Continuity of Government
Continuity of Government (CoG), is just that, the act of providing the governments of the world with the ability to continue to function in the event of an emergency.
That is a lofty and noble-sounding description. At first blush, it makes sense. After all, in the event of a tremendous crisis, the governments of the world must be able to continue to function and rally resources.
Continuity of Government (CoG) is an evil, artificial construct that is the greatest deception ever imposed on any civilization.
CoG is the act of providing the governments of the world with the ability to continue to function in the event of an emergency.
By definition, CoG will only protect the important ''leaders''.
What is the government likely to do while working under the auspices of CoG? If it does anything, it will most likely enact some form of Martial Law and invoke any or all of the following Executive Orders, in which, among other things, the government has granted itself the right to force you and your family into FEMA ''concentration'' camps and disperse you and your family to forced labor sites at their discretion, you may never see your family again.
Remember that during a declared ''State of Emergency'' the citizens become property, to be disposed of at the whim of whatever petty bureaucrat has been granted control over your life. (Always keep in mind that in the eyes of most ''elites'', the common man and woman are the most worthless of commodities.)
Look through history; in every epoch and every culture, there have always been the ''haves'' and the rest of the world. In many instances, the ''leaders'' have self-proclaimed that they were appointed by whatever god is relevant for the culture to rule the masses, and live lives of luxury at the expense of the common citizen. No one has ever questioned this divine assignment.
The CoG mindset and planning will perpetuate until such time until the citizens drag their ''leaders'' from their sanctuaries and force them to stand with the rest of the citizenry. Until that time, the ''leaders'' of the world feel they have no accountability to or responsibility for the citizens.
CoG is a plan designed to protect and preserve the lives and lifestyles of the elites of the world. It has nothing to do with Continuity of Government and protecting the country or its citizens.

Ignore the Rattlesnake
With the current level of unemployment, competition for any given job can
be intense. If a hiring manager has hundreds of resumes and candidates to consider, how
do you make yourself stand out? This booklet provides some common (and some not so
common) sense advice to the job seeker. Being unemployed can be a devastating experience, both financially and emotionally.
If you are like me, you grew up with an expectation of 'loyalty to the company' and had
an expectation of some level of loyalty FROM the company. However, the economic environment of the past few decades has fostered a mercenary
corporate mindset; rigidly focused on the 'bottom line' with little regard for the
human side of business. Over the course of forty years, I have been on both sides of the interview table. As
such, I have some unique perspectives on the interview process. The purpose of this book is to share some of my insights, along with some things to do
and to avoid during the job search endeavor. I will use anecdotes, based on actual
interview experiences to illustrate some of my points. Eventually, you will understand
why you 'Ignore the Rattlesnake'.

In forty years of hiring and being hired, I have NEVER hired a loser; all of my hires have turned into 'superstars' often being hijacked by other managers after seeing the quality of the employees I bring in.
Usually, I have a good feel before bringing anyone in for an interview. Within the first two or three minutes of the interview, I have made my decision.
